1993 Jim Barry Armagh Shiraz

Thick and opaque with a dense nose of raisins, cassis and cream.
Massively full-bodied and intense with a lovely, creamy texture, mouthfilling cassis and raspberry fruit, firm tannins and good acidity. Tobacco and coffee come through on the finish.
Stunningly good now, should just get better and better over the next 10 years.
