Bright, pale gold.
Floral and mineral notes on the nose with a hint of toast.
Dry, with rich lychees, toast and nut flavours, crisp acidity and layers of alcohol.
Good fresh finish.
Excellent aperitif now. Try to cellar it for 5 years.
