Pale, even yellow/gold.
Pungent, savoury nose with smoky oak and salty mineral notes.
Medium bodied and very dry, dominated by nutty, toasted oak flavours and rich, creamy acids.
Very young but superbly balanced - will be outstanding in 4 to 10 years.
