1997 Glen Carlou Chardonnay Reserve

Bright gold.
Alcoholic nose with plenty of vanilla (american oak?) and ripe fruit.
Full bodied with a thick texture and sweet melon fruit, buttered toast and oak.
Long and intense with plenty of alcohol.
Young, but excellent.
