Deep, even, red - pinking at rim.
Forward stewed black fruit and candy sugar nose - strange but appealing!
Full bodied with rich, soured plum fruit and notes of aniseed. Lively acidity with almost a sherbety finish.
A bizarre set of flavours but very enjoyable.
